| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Van'da bulunan Lemna minör ile örtülü bir göletten 19 kez örnekleme yapılmış ve 69 siliyat türü tanımlanmıştır. Fiziksel ve biyolojik parametreler ile siliyat türleri arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek amacıyla istatistiksel analiz yapılmıştır. Toplam siliyat bolluğu esas olarak dipte çözünmüş oksijen; yüzey tabakada Lemna hacmi ve sıcaklık gibi fiziksel ve biyolojik faktörler ile ilişkili görünmektedir. Bazı türler canlı gözlem, gümüş empregnasyon ve morfometri ile ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. | en_US |
