The Effect of Variant Doses Nitrogens and Zinc on Yield and Yield Components of Lentil (lens Cullinaris Medic.) and in Van Ekological Conditions
Abstract
Bu çalışma, yemeklik tane baklagiller içerisinde yer alan beslenme değeri ve protein kalitesi yüksek olan mercimek (Lens culinaris Medic.) bitkisinin Van ekolojik şartlarında farklı çinko ve azot dozlarının verim ve verim öğeleri üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 2020-21 yetiştirme sezonunda Van Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi Zeve Kampüsü Ziraat Fakültesi deneme tarlasında yürütülmüştür. Denemede tescil edilmiş Fırat-87 mercimek çeşidi kışlık olarak, 'tesadüf blokları bölünmüş parseller deneme deseni' ne göre 3 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Ana parsellere azot (N) dozları (0, 4, 8, 12 kg/da N) ve alt parsellere Çinko (Zn) dozları (0, 2, 4 ve 6 kg/da ZnSO4) uygulanmıştır. Denemede toplam 48 parsel bulunmaktadır. Deneme sonucunda çinko ve azot ortalamalarına göre Çiçeklenme gün sayısı 43-44.67 gün, Fizyolojik olum 58-59.67 gün, Bitki boyu 18.53-21.13 cm, İlk bakla yüksekliği 11.60-13.63 cm, Bitkide birincil/ikincil dal sayısı 2.00-2.67 adet, Bitkide bakla sayısı 16.03-18.57 adet, Baklada tane sayısı 1.20-1.53 adet, Bitkide tane sayısı 16.57-18.93 adet, Bin tane ağırlığı 31.30-54.60 g, Tane verimi 67.08-88.37 kg/da arasında tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışma Van ilinde bundan sonra yetiştirilecek olan Fırat-87 mercimek çeşidinin bitkisel materyal olarak kullanımında yardımcı olacak öncü bir çalışma niteliğindedir.
This study has been carried out in experiment field of Faculty of Agriculture in Van centennial university Zeve Campus during 2020-2021 growing season with lentil, which is rich in nutritional value and protein, with the aim of determining the effect of variant doses of zinc and nitrogen on performance and its elements in ecological conditions of Van. In this experiment, the registered type of lentil Fırat-87 has been used with winter range in accordance with 'parcel lands divided by randomized blocks experiment design' in three repetitions. In main parcels, Nitrogen (N) doses (0, 4, 8, 12 kg/da N) and in sub-parcels Zinc (Zn) doses (0, 2, 4 ve 6 kg/da ZnSO4) have been applied. In this experiment, there are 48 parcels in total. In the end of this experiment, according to zinc and nitrogen, the scores have been measured as, the day number of blooming 43-44.67, physiological being 58-59.67 days, the plant height 18.53-21.13 cm, the first field bean length 11.60-13.63 cm, the number of primary and secondary branches of the plant 2.00-2.67 pieces, the number grains 16.57-18.93 pieces, weight of 1000 grains 31.30-54.40 grams, the yield of grains 67.08-88.37 in kg.
