| dc.description.abstract | Fulminant viral hepatitlerin en önemli nedeni HBV enfeksiyonunun HDV ile ko veya süperenfeksiyonudur. HBS ag pozitif 184 erkek bu çalışmaya alınmıştır. HBV ve HDV'nin serum değerleri ELISA yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Buna göre 184 HBsAg pozitif hasta serumunun 36'sında (% 19.5) anti-HDV pozitifliği saptanmıştır. Akut HBV enfeksiyonuna (39 hastada anti-HBc IgM pozitif) ilave olan HDV koenfeksiyonu (3 hastada anti-HDV IgM pozitif) sıklığı %7.69 dur. Kronik HBV enfeksiyonuna (145 hastada anti-HBc total 'IgM+IgG' pozitif) ilave olan HDV süperenfeksiyonu (36 hastada anti-HDV total 'IgM+IgG' pozitif) sıklığı % 24.8 dir. | en_US |
