| dc.description.abstract | It is theoretically shown that in GaAs-type two-valley semiconductors in the certain interval of an external magnetic field an unstable wave is appeared. The frequency and increment of this wave are determined. The amplitude and frequency of the oscillations are calculated. | en_US |
