| dc.description.abstract | Cervical pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy. It is frequently associated with extensive hemorrhage, which, in severe cases, may be stopped only by hysterectomy. We report a case of a destroyed cervical pregnancy simulating cervical cancer. The patient was conservatively managed with simple selective uterine artery embolization without methotrexate administration. Her vaginal bleeding ceased after embolization. No additional treatment was given. The patient resumed normal menstruation two months after embolization. | en_US |
