dc.description.abstract We report a trichobezoar extending from the stomach through the entire length of the small intestine to the caecum. A case history of a 6-year-old girl with trichobezoar is described. She is the ninth patient with Rapunzel syndrome in the literature. The epidemiology, clinical features, complications, treatment and literature are briefly reviewed. en_US
