Abstract
Eimeriosis is the most important worldwide parasitic infection in poultry and it also causes problems in cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses and rabbits (Kreier and Baker, 1987). Eimeria bovis and E.zuernii are the most pathogenic species in cattle (Soulsby, 1986). This study was conducted to determine the prevalence of Eimeria species in cattle in Bitlis province in Turkey.
