During this period, the Ottoman Empire had to fight on two fronts. He fought with the Russians in the Crimea and with Austria in the Balkans. The measures taken by the Ottoman Empire against Austria in Bosnia were reflected in the Mostar Şer Siciyye Registry number 52. There are about seventy calligraphy, decrees, decrees and orders sent from the provincial council in Bosnia, which are recorded in the registry. In the official records in the registry, it is stated that Austria broke the agreementand attacked the Ottoman lands from the Bosnian border line. It can be understood from the documents sent from Istanbul and from the orders sent from the Divan-ı Bosnia to the accidents and there levant authorities, it is seen that the people of Bosnia were called to a total mobilization and aid to the army. In addition, in the a forementioned orders, it is also requested that the ammunition and supplies sent by ships from Istanbul be brought to the front as soon as possible. It can be understood from the records that it is an important struggle in which Bosnian Governor Vizier Ebubekir Pasha, administrators, notables of the people, Muslims and non-Muslimsall participated.
