dc.description.abstract Neurofibromatosis is a disease with an autosomal dominant inheritance pattern and it affects different organ systems. In neurofibromatosis cases, cases with a spontaneous flexor tendon rupture depending on intratendinous neurofibroma proliferation in hand were reported. In our study, tendon rupture in the hand of 34-year-old female patient with neurofibromatosis was presented. Unlike literature in this case, we are of opinion that the disease has degenerative effect instead of neurofibroma mass effect of tendon rupture. en_US
