Abstract
Major vessel injuries rarely occur in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. However, when they do occur, they present life-threatening complications. A left iliac artery injury occurring in a 15 year-old patient undergoing an elective laparoscopic surgery is presented together with summarized etiological factors and management principles in the light of the available current literature.
