dc.description.abstract Interhemispheric cysts are rare lesions in children and infants. Sometimes it is accompanied by agenesis of the corpus callosum. Although patients may be asymptomatic, they may admit to physicians with symptoms related to the mass effect of the cystic lesion. An 11-month-old girl infant with increased head circumference is presented with magnetic resonance imaging findings. en_US
