ÖZETYARIİLETKENLERDE KİNETİK(TAŞINMA) OLAYLARIN DENEYSELARAŞTIRMA YÖNTEMLERİBORAZAN, HayriyeYüksek Lisans Tezi, Fizik Anabilim DalıTez Danışmanı: Doç. Dr. Ferman HÜSEYNOVOcak 2007, 37 sayfaBu çalışmada, yarıiletkenlerde kinetik olayların bir kısmı incelenmiştir.Öncelikle yarıiletkenlerin genel bir tanımı tekrar ele alındı. Ayrıca yarıiletkenlerin,metaller ve dielektrikler ile farkı, band modeli esasına göre tartışıldı. Üçlü AMX2bileşiklerinin yapısal, elektriksel, fiziksel ve ısısal özellikleri araştırıldı. Üçlübileşiklerden AgNiTe2, AgCrSe2, AgCrTe2 ve AgNiSe2 kristallerinin sıvı azot ileyapılan deneylerde, değişen voltaj değerlerine karşılık gelen direnç değerleriölçüldü. Alınan ölçümler sonucunda her bir kristalin sıcaklık-direnç grafikleri çizildive kristallerin yarıiletken özellik gösterdikleri bölgeler hesaplandı.Anahtar kelimeler: Band modeli, AgNiTe2, AgCrSe2, AgCrTe2 veAgNiSe2 kristalleri, Yarıiletkenler.i

At first, a general description of the semiconductors is considered. Also thedifference of semiconductors from the metals and the dielectrics is discussedaccording to the foundation of bands. The structural, electrical, physical and thermalproperties of triple compounds of AMX2 structure. From the experiments that arecarried out by the triple combinations of the crystals of AgNiTe2, AgCrSe2,AgCrTe2, AgNiSe2 in liquid nitrogen, the values of resistance corresponding for thevalues of voltages are measured.
