The Women Slaves in Islamic Laws and Their Rights

Abstract

Our thesis is about slavery especiallay women slaves in Islamic Law andtheir rights. This work consists of an intoduction and three sections. Theinroduction consists of the search, importance and the methods.In the first section we searched slave societies in the historical survey.Slaves were generated in many ways. The most frequent was capture in war.Others were kidnapped on slave-raiding or piracy-expeditions. Some people wereenslaved as a punishment for crime or debt, others were sold into slavery by theirparents. We focused this situation in societies of celestial and noncelestialreligions.We especially focused in second section in Islamic societies. We searchedparticularly women slaves.In the thirdth section we investigated women slaves and their rights andtasks in the Islamic society according to Islamic Laws.And finally we appreciated all of these knowledges and we explainedclearly our ideas about slavery.
