Abstract

In this study, the internal structure of the conventional operational amplifier (741 family) circuit element was redesigned with the linear TiO2 drift fast memristor (DTSHM) emulator model and a new op-amp model was created. The optimized operating conditions and states of this proposed op-amp model were redetermined. A memristor-based op-amp model was used as the amplifier element in the phase shift oscillator (FKO) circuit, which is one of the RC oscillators. With the proposed new FKO, oscillation start time, settling time, fast fourier transform (FFT) analysis and their effects on the output parameters were both experimentally and simulated. In this study, the proposed new oscillator model is evaluated in detail not only in the medium frequency region but also in the low and high frequency regions. In addition, the efficiency of these circuits is integrated with the application circuits and the accuracy and applicability of the proposed op-amp model are studied comprehensively theoretically and supported by experimental and simulation results. Finally, both the simulation and experimental results of the oscillator circuits realized with the proposed op-amp model are presented in detail in tables.
