| dc.description.abstract | Brucellosis can affect any organ system and result in possible complications. We present an adolescent male who had brucellar aortitis and meningitis simultaneously. Brucellar aortic involvement is a rare complication of brucellosis and can occur without concomitant endocarditis. Here, the patient was managed with prolonged antibiotic therapy without any surgery. | en_US |
