dc.description.abstract Traumatic intracranial foreign objects may cause cranial hemorrhage and contusion at an early stage and epileptic seizures and infections at a later stage, leading to morbidity and mortality in children. In the present study we report a case of a traumatic intracranial stone, which is a rarely encountered foreign object in intracranial traumatic injuries. Copyright (c) 2005 S. Karger AG, Basel. en_US
