Article 14 Farklı Ketencik (Camelina Sativa L. Crantz) Genotipinin Verim ve Verim Parametrelerinin Karşılaştırılması(Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam Univ Rektorlugu, 2025) Tunçtürk, Rüveyde; Tunçtürk, Murat; Şelem, Ezelhan; Nohutçu, LütfiKetencik (Camelina sativa L. Crantz.) tek yıllık, kendi kendine tozlaşan, agronomik açıdan düşük girdi özelliklerine sahip, serin-ılıman ve yarı kurak iklimlere iyi uyum sağlamış bir bitkidir. Ketencik, yağlı tohum bitkileri için tehlikeli sayılabilecek çoğu hastalık ve zararlıya karşı dayanıklıdır. Bu iki yıllık çalışmada yetiştiricilik için en iyi genotipi belirlemek üzere çeşitli ketencik genotiplerinin verim ve verim parametrelerini değerlendirmeyi amaçlanmıştır. Bitki boyu, ilk kapsül yüksekliği, dal sayısı, kapsül sayısı, kapsüldeki tohum sayısı, 1000 tohum ağırlığı, tohum verimi, ham yağ oranı ve ham yağ verimi gibi çeşitli parametreler incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar, PI 258367, PI 597833 ve PI 311735 olarak adlandırılan üç genotipin verim parametreleri açısından diğer genotiplerden daha iyi performans gösterdiğini ortaya koymuştur. Bu üç genotip, yüksek verimlerinden dolayı yağ endüstrisi için yağ bitkisi olarak kullanılmak için önerilebileceği kanaatine varılmıştır.Article 3d Location Optimization of Multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Base Stations in Next-Generation Cellular Networks and a New Meta-Heuristic Approach(Gazi Univ, Fac Engineering Architecture, 2021) Ozdag, RecepThe use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) as mobile Base Stations (BSs) in wireless communication is emerging as an effective technique that should be used for the services planned in the next-generation cellular networks or in disaster situations. Currently, effective 3D placement of BS mounted on UAVs or Drones (Drone-BS), also called Low-altitude Air Platforms, in the defined area significantly increases the Quality of Service (QoS) of wireless communication. This study has been aimed to be performed dynamic deployments (location optimization) of Drone-BSs randomly distributed in the 3D plane in order to optimally cover the users in the urban environment according to the Air-to-Ground (ATG) model. Using new approaches based on the Electromagnetism-Like (EML) Algorithm and the Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA), which are widely used in the literature and are meta-heuristic, it was planned to be covered the maximum number of users on the ground by multiple Drone-BSs. In addition, Extensive-interval Optimal Fitness Search Algorithm (EOFSA-EML) and Discrete-interval Optimal Fitness Search Algorithm (DOFSA-EML) approaches were developed based on the EML algorithm. Based on comparison metrics for multiple Drone-BSs distributed by EOFSA-EML, DOFSA-EML, and Pure-WOA, it has been found that EML-based algorithms achieve optimal results compared to Pure-WOA.Article Ab Initio Study of Li2cata2o7 Compound: Electronic and Optical Properties for Three Phases(Tubitak Scientific & Technological Research Council Turkey, 2019) Aycibin, MuratThe Li2CaTa2O7 compound belongs to the Ruddlesden-Popper family of layered perovskites. First principle approximation was used to investigate the electronic band structure and optical properties of the compound for three phases. Independent of the studied compound's structural type, Li2CaTa2O7 has semiconductor behavior and direct transition. In addition, the forbidden energy band gap of the compound decreases with rising temperature, as expected. Furthermore, the 3d orbital of Ca contributes to the conduction band due to the crystal field effect. Moreover, the optical response of the chosen axes of the compound to incoming electromagnetic rays varies with phase transition.Article Accessibility Analysis of Urban Green Space: the Case of Erbil City(Konya Technical Univ, Fac Architecture & design, 2023) Kemec, Serkan; Abdalkarim, Salar HassanUrban green areas are open spaces in urban areas that are mainly covered by vegetation. They can be public or private urban green spaces that include parks, community gardens, forests, and nature reserves. Parks are an important component of urban quality of life if they are well designed and accessible. Accessible parks contribute to physical activity among urban residents. Therefore, the objective of the study was to identify the most significant main accessibility factors that discourage the use of public urban green areas, and examine the extent to which they influence the use of green areas in residential areas of the city of Erbil. This study was conducted in 2017 and 2020 to measure the accessibility of green spaces using network analysis with GIS for Erbil city. The present study represents the first known investigation regarding the accessibility of public green spaces within the city of Erbil. The results show that for community parks, 68% of the population has access with a travel time of 5 minutes, 99% of the population has access with a travel time of 10 minutes, and 100% of the population has access with a travel time of 15 minutes. For district parks, 70% of the population had access with 5 minute drive time. With 10-minute drive time, 96% of the population had access and 100% of the population had access with 15-minute drive time. For neighborhood parks, the results show that 43% of the population had access with 5-minute walk and, 71% of the population had access with 10-minute walk. At 15-minute walk time, 80% of Erbil residents had access to neighborhood parks. Mini parks were accessed by 22% of the population with a 5 minute walk and they were accessed by 52% of the population with a 10 minute walk. With a 15 minute walk, mini parks were accessible to 70% of the population.Article The Activities of Gst Isozymes in Stomach Tissues of Female Obese Patients(Walter de Gruyter Gmbh, 2020) Yilmaz, Can; Bulus, Hakan; Oguztuzun, Serpil; Cihan, Mehmethan; Fidan, CeylanObjectives: Obesity has become an important public health problem because of its increasing prevalence and relation with many diseases and mortality. Studies have shown its association with oxidative stress. In this study, the effect of obesity on total amount of thiol and some glutathione S-transferase (GST) isozymes were investigated which could serve as an important criteria in dose adjustment of some certain drugs in obese. Methods: The gastric tissues removed by gastrectomy operation from 29 morbid obese female patients were analysed for thiol levels and activities of total GST, GSTT1-1 and GSTM1-1. Patients were grouped according to age, presence of hypertension and/or diabetes, and family history. Results: The average total thiol was 131.22 (+/- 7.74) nmol/mg protein with no significant differences in between the groups. GSTT1 specific activities were about 20% higher in four groups: with ages over 35 years old, with hypertension, without diabetes and finally without family history, with respect to other groups. The differences between total GST and GSTM1 activity levels of experimental groups were not significant. Conclusions: This is the first study to compare activities of GST isozymes and total thiol content in the stomach tissues of obese female patients accompanying some common metabolic disorders, age and family history.Article Acute Rupture of a Congenital Sinus of Valsalva Aneurysm After Severe Exercise(Turkish Soc Cardiology, 2009) Tuncer, Mustafa; Eryonucu, Beyhan; Guntekin, Unal; Gumrukcuoglu, Hasan AliRuptured aneurysms of the sinus of Valsalva may cause manifestations of prompt onset. A 22-year-old man with no previous cardiac complaints presented with dyspnea, palpitation, fatigue, and shortness of breath, all of which occurred after a football match. Transthoracic echocardiography showed an aneurysmal dilatation of the right sinus of Valsalva to the direction of the right ventricle. Color Doppler imaging showed a marked left-to-right turbulent flow from the aortic root to the right ventricle. Continuous Doppler imaging also revealed a continuous left-to-right systolodiastolic shunting. The patient was submitted to cardiovascular surgery for surgical repair.Article Acute Segmental Testicular Infarction Caused by Covid-19 Disease: a Case Report and Current Literature Review(Galenos Yayincilik, 2022) Demir, Murat; Dundar, IlyasCoronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) is known to cause sepsis-associated hypercoagulopathy. Thromboembolic complications affecting many systems associated with COVID-19 disease have been described in the literature. The direct effect of this virus on male urogenital organs and possible testicular damage is still being evaluated. Follow-up studies in recovering male patients are necessary to investigate the possibility of testicular damage. In this article, we aimed to present a 30-year-old patient who presented with acute testicular pain and was diagnosed with testicular infarction due to COVID-19 with ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging findings.Article Acute Stroke Management in Türkiye: Intravenous Tissue Plasminogen Activator and Thrombectomy Nörotek: Türkiye Neurology Single Day Study(Galenos Publ House, 2023) Topcuoglu, Mehmet Akif; Ozdemir, Atilla Ozcan; Arsava, Ethem Murat; Gunes, Aygul; Aykac, Özlem; Gencer, Elif Sarionder; Ozturk, SerefnurObjective: To reveal the profile and practice in patients with acute stroke who received intravenous tissue plasminogen activator (IV tPA) and/or neurointerventional therapy in Turkiye. Materials and Methods: On World Stroke Awareness Day, May 10, 2018, 1,790 patients hospitalized in 87 neurology units spread over 30 health regions were evaluated retrospectively and prospectively. Results: Intravenous tPA was administered to 12% of 859 cases of acute ischemic stroke in 45 units participating in the study. In the same period, 8.3% of the cases received neurointerventional treatment. The rate of good prognosis [modified Rankin score (mRS) 0-2] at discharge was 46% in 83 patients who received only IV tPA [age: 67 +/- 12 years; National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS): 12 +/- 6; hospital stay, 24 +/- 29 days]; 35% in 51 patients who underwent thrombectomy (MT) alone (age: 64 +/- 13 years; NIHSS: 14.1 +/- 6.5; length of hospital stay, 33 +/- 31 days), 19% in those who received combined treatment (age: 66 +/- 14 years; NIHSS: 15.6 +/- 5.4; length of hospital stay, 26 +/- 35 days), and 56% of 695 patients who did not receive treatment for revascularization (age: 70 +/- 13 years; NIHSS: 7.6 +/- 7.2; length of hospital stay, 21 +/- 28 days). The symptom-to-door time was 87 +/- 53 minutes in the IV treatment group and 200 +/- 26 minutes in the neurointerventional group. The average door-to-needle time was 66 +/- 49 minutes in the IV tPA group. In the neurothrombectomy group, the door-to-groin time was 103 +/- 90 minutes, and the TICI 2b-3 rate was 70.3%. In 103 patients who received IV tPA, the discharge mRS 0-2 was 41%, while the rate of mRS 0-1 was 28%. In 71 patients who underwent neurothrombectomy, the mRS 0-2 was 31% and mRS 0-1 was 18%. The door-to-groin time was approximately 30 minutes longer if IV tPA was received (125 +/- 107 and 95 +/- 83 minutes, respectively). Symptomatic bleeding rates were 4.8% in IV recipients, 17.6% among those who received only MT, and 15% in combined therapy. Globally, the hemorrhage rate was 6.8% in patients receiving IV tPA and 16.9% in MT. Conclusion: IV thrombolytic and neurointerventional treatment applications in acute ischemic stroke in Turkiye can provide the anticipated results. Heterogeneity has begun to be reduced in our country with the dissemination of the system indicated by the "Directive on Health Services to be Provided to Patients with Acute Stroke."Article An Adaptation Study of the Balanced Measure of Psychological Needs (Bmpn) Scale To Turkish Culture(Cukurova Univ, 2018) Kardas, Ferhat; Yalcin, IlhanPsychological needs have long been one of the most widely studied topics in the field of mental health. One of the commonly used approaches in recent years in psychological needs satisfaction research is self-determination theory. It is stated in the frame of self-determination theory that psychological needs are universal and can be classified as needs in terms of competence, relationship and autonomy. The aim of this study is to adapt the Balanced Measure of Psychological Needs (BMPN) Scale, which was developed to measure the satisfaction level within the framework of self-determination theory, to Turkish culture. After examining the related literature, a validity and reliability study of the BMPN Scale has been carried out on the students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences of Ankara University, and on the pedagogical formation students from other faculties. Confirmatory factor analysis in the study was conducted on 285 students, criterion related validity on 282 and test re-test reliability on 50 students. 80.5% of the respondents were female and 19.5% were male. The average age of participants was 22. As a result of the research, it was determined that the psychometric properties of the scale were adequate, and the model fit values were appropriate. Accordingly, the Turkish form of BMPN was considered a valid and reliable measurement tool that can be used in research on needs satisfaction.Letter Addiction and Misogyny: A Case Report of a Woman Coerced Into Addiction by Her Husband(Kare Publ, 2025) Aktas, SakineArticle Akkaraman ve Asaf X Akkaraman Melezi F1 Kuzularının Besi Performansı ve Karkas Özellikleri(Univ Namik Kemal, 2025) Karakus, Ferda; Oramari, Rabee Asmat Saadullah; Al-barwari, Ismail IbrahimÇalışmanın amacı, Asaf koçları ile Akkaraman koyunlarının yetiştirici koşullarında melezlenmesi ile elde edilen Akkaraman ve Asaf x Akkaraman (ASF x AK) F1 melezi erkek kuzuların besi performansı ve karkas özelliklerini belirlemektir. Akkaraman ve (ASF x AK) F1 melez kuzuların besi başı canlı ağırlıkları sırasıyla 23.89 kg ve 23.77 kg, besi sonu canlı ağırlıkları ise sırasıyla 41.02 kg ve 44.03 kg olarak bulunmuştur (p<0.01). Yetmiş günlük entansif besi sonunda saf ve melez kuzular sırasıyla 17.14 kg ve 20.26 kg toplam canlı ağırlık kazanmışlardır. Her iki grubun 1 kg canlı ağırlık artışı için yem tüketimi sırasıyla 4.70 kg ve 4.15 kg olarak belirlenmiştir. Melez F1 kuzuların, besi döneminin tüm aşamalarında cidago yüksekliği (p<0.01) ve vücut uzunluğu (p<0.01), Akkaraman kuzularına kıyasla önemli derecede daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Besi sonunda (ASF x AK) F1 kuzuları, Akkaraman kuzulara göre daha yüksek vücut uzunluğuna, daha büyük göğüs ve but çevrelerine sahip olmuştur. Akkaraman ve (ASF x AK) F1 kuzuların kesim ve karkas özelliklerinden kesimhane ağırlığı, soğuk karkas ağırlığı, kuyruksuz soğuk karkas ağırlığı, sol yarım karkas ağırlığı, karkas randımanı ve Musculus longissimus dorsi alanı sırasıyla 39.22 kg ve 44.34 kg (p<0.05), 19.60 kg ve 21.40 kg (p<0.05), 15.86 kg ve 19.22 kg (p<0.01), 7.20 kg ve 9.41 kg (p<0.001), %50.04 ve %48.28, 12.49 cm2 ve 14.24 cm2 olarak belirlenmiştir. Melez F1 kuzular, baş, ayak, post, testis ve böbrek+leğen yağ ağırlıkları bakımından Akkaraman kuzulardan istatistiksel olarak önemli derecede daha yüksek değerlere sahip olmuştur. Saf ve melez F1 kuzuların kuyruk ağırlığı sırasıyla 3.74 ve 2.18 kg olarak belirlenmiştir (p<0.001). Melez F1 kuzular, Akkaraman kuzulara kıyasla daha yüksek but ağırlığına (3.48 kg ve 2.92 kg, p<0.01), ön kol ağırlığına (1.80 kg ve 1.44 kg, p<0.01) ve etek ağırlığına (1.39 kg ve 0.92 kg, p<0.01) sahip olmuştur. Sonuç olarak, (ASF x AK) F1 melezi kuzuların Akkaraman kuzulara göre daha iyi besi performansı, kesim ve karkas özelliklerine sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Article Althaea Officinalis Katkısının Gökkuşağı Alabalığında (Oncorhynchus Mykiss) Büyüme Performansı ve Antioksidan, Stres ve Bağışıklık ile İlgili Gen Ekspresyonu Üzerindeki Etkileri(Ege Univ, Fac Fisheries, 2025) Karataş, Boran; Kaya, DoğukanBu çalışmada, başlangıç ortalama canlı ağırlığı 2,48 ± 0,01 g olan gökkuşağı alabalıklarında (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Althaea officinalis ekstraktının büyüme performansı, antioksidan savunma, stres ve bağışıklıkla ilişkili gen ekspresyonu üzerindeki etkilerini değerlendirmek amacıyla 42 günlük bir besleme denemesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla, biri bazal kontrol diyeti (C) ve diğer ikisi farklı düzeylerde A. officinalis ekstraktı içeren (AO1: 1 g kg⁻¹, AO2: 2 g kg⁻¹) olmak üzere üç deneysel diyet formüle edilmiştir. Büyüme parametreleri, A. officinalis takviyesi yapılan gruplarda kontrol grubuna kıyasla anlamlı düzeyde artış göstermiştir (P < 0,05). Antioksidan enzimlerden süperoksit dismutaz (SOD) ve katalaz (CAT) genlerinin ekspresyon düzeyleri, takviye edilen gruplarda anlamlı şekilde yükselmiştir (P < 0,05). Ayrıca, stres ve bağışıklıkla ilişkili genler olan interlökin-1β (IL-1β), tümör nekroz faktör-alfa (TNF-α), interlökin-8 (IL-8) ve ısı şok proteini 70 (HSP-70) genlerinin ekspresyon düzeyleri de A. officinalis ekstraktı ilavesiyle anlamlı şekilde etkilenmiştir (P < 0,05). Genel olarak, bu bulgular A. officinalis ekstraktı içeren diyetlerin gökkuşağı alabalıklarında antioksidan kapasiteyi artırabileceğini, stres ve bağışıklıkla ilişkili gen ekspresyonunu düzenleyebileceğini ve sağlıklı büyümeyi destekleyebileceğini deneysel olarak ortaya koymaktadır. Bu yararlı etkiler, antioksidan ve immünomodülatör özellikleriyle bilinen A. officinalis'te bulunan flavonoidler ve fenolik bileşiklerin varlığına bağlanabilir.Article Amanita Vidua: a New Record for Turkish Amanita Section Phalloideae Based on Morphological and Molecular Data(Trakya Univ Balkan Yerlesesi Enstituler Binasi, 2024) Akata, Ilgaz; Kumru, Eda; Sahin, Ergin; Acar, Ismail; Kaya, ErtugrulIn the present study, fungal specimens collected from Ye & scedil;ildere village in U & scedil;ak province, T & uuml;rkiye were evaluated. The specimens underwent detailed examination through both morphological and DNA (nrITS rDNA region and TEF1a gene) sequence -based phylogenetic analysis. Based on the evaluation of micro- and macromorphological characteristics, and phylogenetic analyses, the specimen was identified as A. vidua Gasch, G. Moreno & P. A. Moreau. This identification marks A. vidua as a new record for the Turkish Amanita section Phalloideae. The study described this newly recorded species, including specific details such as its location, habitat observations, geographical coordinates, collection date, and photographs showcasing its macro and micromorphological features. Additionally, it also includes illustrations of some microscopic structures of the species. The study is further enriched with SEM images, offering a detailed view of the species characteristics, and the findings are briefly discussed.Article AMF ve Biyoçar Biyotik ve Abiyotik Stres Altında Biber Gelişimini ve Besin İçeriğini Nasıl Etkiler(Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam Univ Rektorlugu, 2025) Erdinç, Çeknas; Güneş, Hasret; Demır, SemraTuz stresi, biber bitkisinin büyümesini olumsuz etkileyen, bitki patojenlerinin gelişimini hızlandırabilen ve bitkinin hastalıklara karşı duyarlılığını artırabilen önemli bir abiyotik strestir. Biber solgunluğu hastalığına neden olan Verticillium dahliae önemli bir biyotik stres faktörüdür. Funneliformis mosseae ve biyoçar organik atıkları, bitki kökleriyle simbiyotik bağlantılar kurarak topraktan besin maddesi alınmasına yardımcı olur ve bitki hastalıklarının kontrolünde, bitki büyümesinde ve stres toleransında etkilidir. Bu çalışma, tuz stresi (50mM, 100mM, 150mM) altında yetiştirilen biber bitkisinde V. dahliae (Vd)'ye karşı F. mosseae (Fm) ve %2 biyoçarın (Bc) bazı bitki fizyolojik özellikleri, bitki besin elementi alımı, toprak pH'sı ve EC değeri üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma sonucunda, F. mosseae'nin tek başına veya %2 biyoçar ile etkileşimli olarak kullanılması, bitkinin bazı fizyolojik parametrelerini ve bazı mineral (P, K, Mg ve Mn) içeriklerini önemli ölçüde artırmıştır. Ayrıca, biber bitkileri tuza ve V. dahliae'nin neden olduğu stres faktörlerine karşı kayda değer bir dayanıklılık göstermiştir. Buna ek olarak, F. mosseae ve biyoçar arasındaki etkileşim, şiddetli tuz stresi koşulları altında toprak EC değerini önemli ölçüde düşürmüştür. Öte yandan, biyoçar, toprak pH'sı ve Ca/Na oranı açısından F. mosseae'den daha etkili olmuştur. Sonuçlar, biyoçar ve F. mosseae'nin biyotik (V. dahliae) ve abiyotik stres (tuz stresi) hasarını azaltmada faydalı olduğunu ve bitki büyümesini ve besin emilimini artırdığını göstermiştir. Dolayısıyla bu çalışma, özellikle sürdürülebilir tarım için faydalı mikroorganizmaların kullanılması alanında mükemmel ve yeni sonuçlar ortaya koymaktadır.Article Analyses of Soluble Endoglin and Matrix Metalloproteinase 14 Using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay in the Diagnosis and Assessment of Severity of Early- and Late-Onset Pre-Eclampsia(Galenos Yayincilik, 2021) Ovayolu, Ali; Ovayolu, Gamze; Karaman, Erbil; Guler, Selver; Dogan, Ilkay; Yuce, TuncayObjective: Abnormal trophoblastic invasion and impaired placentation have a crucial role in the etiopathogenesis of preeclampsia (PrE). Trophoblastic cells are involved in invading the maternal decidua and remodelling of the spiral arteries with matrix metalloproteinase-14 (MMP-14). MMP-14 cleavage of endoglin releases its extracellular region, the soluble form of endoglin (s-ENG), into the maternal circulation. In PrE, there is a relationship between endothelial dysfunction and s-ENG concentration. The aim was to determine and compare the serum levels of s-ENG and MMP-14 in different groups of PrE patients and healthy subjects. Material and Methods: The study included 30 patients with late-onset preeclampsia (L-PrE) (group 1; gestational age >= 34 weeks), 33 patients with normal pregnancy (group 2; gestational age >= 34 weeks), 31 patients early-onset preeclampsia (E-PrE) (group 3; gestational age < 34 weeks), and 31 patients with normal pregnancy (group 4; gestational age <34 weeks). s-ENG and MMP-14 concentrations measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays were compared. Results: In all groups, MMP-14 concentrations decreased with increasing gestational age. s-ENG concentrations were highest in the E-PrE group. In groups 1 and 3, 29 had mild PrE while 32 suffered severe PrE and s-ENG concentrations did not differ between mild and severe preeclampsia (p=0.133). However, there was a significant difference in MMP-14 concentration comparing mild with severe PrE (3.11 +/- 0.61 vs 3.54 +/- 1.00; p=0.047, respectively). There was no correlation between s-ENG and MMP-14 concentrations. Conclusion: MMP-14 and s-ENG concentrations can be predictive biomarkers for the diagnosis of PrE. Maternal serum MMP-14 concentration may be a biomarker for determining the severity of PrE.Article Analysis of Factors Effecting Pisa 2015 Mathematics Literacy Via Educational Data Mining(Turkish Education Assoc, 2020) Gure, Ozlem Bezek; Kayri, Murat; Erdogan, FevziThe aim of this study is to determine the factors affecting PISA 2015 Mathematics literacy by using data mining methods such as Multilayer Perceptron Artificial Neural Networks and Random Forest. Cause and effect relation within the context of the study was tried to be discovered by means of data mining methods at the level of deep learning. In terms of Prediction Ability, the findings of the method whose performance was high were accepted as the factors determining the qualifications in Mathematics literacy in Turkey. In this study, the information, which was collected from a total of 4422 students, 215 (49%) of whom were boys and 2257 (51%) of whom were girls participating in PISA 2015 test, was used. The scores, which the students, having gone in for PISA 2015 test, got from mathematics test, and dependent variables and 25 variables, which were thought to have connection with dependent variables institutionally, were included in the analysis as predictors. As a result of analysis, it was witnessed that Random Forest (RF) method made prediction with smaller errors in terms of a number of performance indicators. The factors that random forest method found important after anxiety variable are Turkish success level of students, mother education level, motivation level, the belief in epistemology, interest level of teachers and class disciplinary environment, respectively. The statistical meaning, significance and impact levels of other variables were tackled together with their details in this study. It is expected that this study will set an example for data mining use in the process of educational studies and that the factors whose affects were found out about the students' mathematics literacy will shed light on National Education system.Article Analysis of the First Lactation Curve in Holstein Cows With Different Mathematical Models(Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam Univ Rektorlugu, 2019) Gok, Turgut; Mikail, Nazire; Akkol, SunaThe shape of the lactation curve of cows as well as the total or 305 day milk yield is considered as an important criterion in the livestock farms. Five different. mathematical models. used in defining lactation curves were used in this study to fit first loci at ion curves of Holstein cattle. Total of 4172 weekly average milk yield of the first lactation of 104 cows between 2001-2008 years, was used for this aim. The models used in the study were; Wood; Morgan; tlompertz; Ali and Schaeffer and Dijkstra. The models' fit to t h e lactation curve has been examined and compared. Lactation curves also have been investigated according to the lactation years. The R-2, R-adj(2), AIC, BIC and MAPE values were used in the comparison of the models. The lowest AIC (-3.29), BIC (-3.12) and MAPE (0.55) and highest R-2 (0.99) and R-adj(2) (0.99) values were found for the Ali and Schaeffer model. This model was followed by the Dijkstra model. As a result of the study, it was determined that the most suitable models fir predicting the first lactation milk yield curves and curves features like maximum milk yield and days in milk to peak yield of Holstein cattle were Ali and Schaeffer and Dijkstra models.Article An Analysis of the Relationship Between Interest-Free Financing of Agricultural Production and Agricultural Growth Using Contemporary Econometric Methods(Afyon Kocatepe Univ, 2024) Keskin, Omer; Cikiryel, BurakParticipation banks, operating on the principle of interest-free banking in the Turkish banking sector, have increasingly specialized in agricultural banking. Agricultural banking is a specialized sector of the banking industry that provides financial services to agricultural enterprises to help them manage their financial status, sustain their production activities, and further grow their businesses. Besides the financial gains accrued by banks, one of the primary objectives of providing financial services under agricultural banking is to enable agricultural enterprises to achieve high productivity per unit area, thereby contributing more significantly to growth in the agricultural sector. Hence, participation banks, similar to other banks, offer a diverse range of services to achieve this goal. Investigating the effects of participation banks' services is a noteworthy research topic. By employing time series analysis, this study examines the impact of participation banks' financing of the agricultural sector on agricultural gross domestic product (GDP) in Turkiye. The data sets used in the analysis include the agricultural financing supplied by participation banks and the agricultural GDP values. The period examined spans from 2005Q1 to 2023Q4. The methods applied in the analysis include the Fourier Augmented Dickey-Fuller (FADF) unit root test, the Fourier Autoregressive Distributive Lag (FADL) cointegration test, the Residual Augmented Least Squares-Fourier Autoregressive Distributive Lag (RALS-FADL) cointegration test, and the Fourier TodaYamamoto (FTY) causality test. According to the cointegration tests, a 1% increase in the agricultural financing provided by participation banks leads to a rise in agricultural GDP by 0.80% in the long-run and 0.15% in the short run. The results of the cointegration test are further supported by the findings of the causality test. Consequently, it is evident that the growth in funding allocated to the agricultural sector by participation banks in Turkiye triggers a surge in agricultural GDP. In this regard, it is recommended that all participation banks, particularly the publicly funded Ziraat Katilim Bankasi A.S., which receives support from the Treasury, continue to increase their financial support to the agricultural sector annually to ensure its sustainable growth.Article An Analysis on Relationship of Some Uncommon Linguistic Uses in the Qur'an With the Phenomenon of Poetic Necessity(Sirnak Univ, 2023) Hakcioglu, Muhammed MeshudPoetry has its own style, which differs from the language of prose. The reason for this is the phenomena such as rhythm and rhyme on which poetry should depend. Due to rhythm and rhyme, the free writing style, which is a feature of prose, vanishes for a poet; and the poet becomes obliged to move in a restricted area. Although use of shaz in grammar is accepted as irregular, nahivists have not thrown it away by seeing it as worthless. On the contrary, this is accepted as important, so it is divided into several sections in terms of its compatibility with the basic rules of syntax and grammar, which has played a significant role in comprehension of syntax. While language rules were being retold in syntax books, the necessity of phenomenon was focused its attention on irregular usages that were given place. On the other hand, nahivists tried to find a solution to the case that poet digressed the main grammar rules because of this obligation; and they handled the issue under the name of "necessity phenomenon". Similar usages of this phenomenon are seen in Qur'an. For example, some hazif phenomenon, seen as a necessity by some nahivists, is a common situation in poetry and Qur'an. Besides, it is possible to see recitations similar to the use of different necessities in some aspects. This indicates that Qur'an contains different dialects and usages. In general, since the usages of necessity are seen as unusual, rare and similar uses that are not seen as linguistically strong; therefore, nahivists excluded Qur'an from it and justified this type of use by explaining it in different ways. Because Qur'an represents high-level Arab rhetoric. Qur'an has its unique style, which is based on its i'jaz. Nahivists considered these usages such as necessity, sometimes as a permissible/permitted use, sometimes as conformity to the language spoken during the revelation period, and sometimes as a linguistic breadth and richness. In this study, the approach of the nahivists to the necessity-like uses seen in some verses of Qur'an will be discussed with a descriptive and analytical method. Within this context, it can be said that this study is an original study because it includes different recitations. In the study, firstly, the opinions of the nahivists on the phenomenon of necessity within the context of Qur'an and then some verses in which the phenomenon of hazif and ziyade are mentioned will be studied; and then the uses such as conversion of the meaning, the use of the verb containing a female pronoun that turns into a male pronoun, similar to the phenomenon of necessity in Qur'an, will be discussed. In the study, examples of the usages in the poems related to the phenomenon of necessity will not be presented, but only the evaluation of the usage in the context of the phenomenon of necessity will be contented. As a result of the study, it was seen that the nahivists agree on the decision, "There is no necessity in Qur'an", since the phenomenon of necessity is related to linguistic levels such as shaz and weak. However, some uses have been attributed to facts that are considered necessary. This is mostly due to the fact that grammarians disagree with each other on many necessities. Because some usages that one nahivist considers permissible in normal kalam were considered as a necessity by another nahivist. This shows that the aforementioned uses have a basis in Arabic. It was understood that these uses, which appear to be contrary to the normal language rules in Qur'an, should not be considered as a necessity since Qur'an contains the most fluent and eloquent styles of Arabic language, and linguistically represents the peak. In addition, when examined in detail, it was seen that these uses are actually suitable for some dialects of Arabic language.Article Analytical Solution and Stability of Ψ-Prabhakar Delayed Systems: Application to Antibiotic Production(TUBITAK, 2025) Aydın, M.The analytical solution of the linear ψ-Prabhakar delay differential equations is explored using the method of variation of parameters, in which a ψ-general delayed exponential matrix function is introduced. The ψ-Prabhakar calculus is enhanced in terms of the semi-group property, inversion results, and several simplified calculations and relations. The system’s stability is analyzed within the framework of Ulam-Hyers stability.
